Sell-n-Serve has the database structure and pricing routines to support all telecom products and services. This includes all data, voice, IP and CPE/Managed Services.

Sell-n-Serve supports several integration methods including web services, batch processes and database adapters. We have integrated with our customers' ordering, provisioning and CRM systems, including Salesforce.com, Siebel and Microsoft Dynamics. Sell-n-Serve also supports integration to DocuSign for electronic signatures.

NDA places a strong emphasis on customer service. Working with NDA, you will have a dedicated project leader to handle all questions and requests. All project leaders have extensive telecom experience and knowledge of our software solutions.

NDA is at the forefront of carrier API integrations. Sell-n-Serve is integrated to many carrier APIs internationally, while continually expanding as new ones become available. Please contact us to get more information on the APIs currently supported.

NDA provides the most comprehensive tariff data in North America. In the U.S., we support all RBOCs and ILECs and many IXC tariffs. In Canada, we support all provincial company tariffs. More than 3000 U.S. and Canadian tariffs are drawn from tariff subscriptions and telco web-sites.

We subscribe directly to the Telephone Company tariffs and also draw information from Telco websites. We update tariff data on a daily basis and send updates to customers twice per month - the most frequent in the industry.
