NDA's quoting applications are used to quote providers worldwide. We support pricing for over 350 providers in all countries around the world. This includes direct integration to over 60 provider quoting tools for service validation and pricing.
Definitely! Sell-n-Serve will be configured to include exactly what you buy from each of your providers and with the business rules you define. This ensures an exact match between what you buy and what Sell-n-Serve quotes. As your contracted rates change, you can also update the rates yourself in Sell-n-Serve's Product Catalog. Vendor availability and standard wholesale rates can also be pulled from NDA’s Network Locator. NDA receives availability and rate updates directly from providers on a continual basis. This information is loaded in Network Locator and can be utilized during the quote generation process in Sell-n-Serve, saving you the time and effort of manually maintaining your vendor data.

Sell-n-Serve supports several integration methods including web services, batch processes and database adapters. We have integrated with our customers' ordering, provisioning and CRM systems, including Salesforce.com and Microsoft Dynamics. Sell-n-Serve also supports integration to Transunion’s Universal Order Connect (UOC) application for ordering and DocuSign for electronic signatures.
NDA works side by side with you to ensure you get the most out of Sell-n-Serve. Each customer is assigned to a Customer Success Manager for ongoing support as you need it. Customers also have access to NDA's Support Tracking System for issuing and keeping track of requests to NDA.
